These Terms govern your use of the ONROL website and your enrollment in our programs, including the AI Generalist, AI Architect, SOC Analyst, and Cyber Security programs, and the free Masterclass. By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & enrollment
You must be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent) to enroll. You agree to provide accurate details when you apply. A seat in a cohort is confirmed only once your payment is received and we send a written confirmation. Seats are limited and offered first come, first served.
Programs & cohorts
ONROL programs are live, mentor led cohorts delivered online (and, where offered, on campus in Hyderabad). Schedules, session timings, mentors, tools, and curriculum are described in good faith and may be adjusted to improve the learning experience. Where a live session is missed, we make reasonable efforts to provide a recording or a catch up path, but this is not guaranteed for every session.
Fees & payments
Program fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay. Where instalment or EMI options are offered, the schedule and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of any third party tool subscriptions (for example, AI platforms you may choose to use during projects), which are your responsibility.
Refunds & cancellations
Because seats are limited and cohorts begin on fixed dates, refund eligibility is time bound and communicated in full at the time of enrollment. Unless stated otherwise in your enrollment confirmation, requests made before your cohort’s start date may be eligible for a refund less any non refundable processing fees; once a cohort has begun, fees are generally non refundable. Deferral to a later cohort may be available on request, subject to availability.
Attendance, projects & certificate
Our programs are project based. Completing the program, and earning the ONROL Certificate of Completion, requires attending live sessions, submitting the required assignments, and shipping the capstone/portfolio projects. The certificate recognises completion of an ONROL program; it is not a government or university accreditation.
Ownership of your work
The AI projects, websites, automations, and other work you build during a program are yours. You keep full ownership of what you create. With your permission, ONROL may feature your work (for example, in a portfolio showcase or case study), and you may withdraw that permission at any time.
Course materials & intellectual property
ONROL’s curriculum, recordings, templates, tools, and branding are owned by ONROL and licensed to you for personal, non transferable learning use only. You may not record, resell, share, or redistribute program materials or community content without written permission.
Community & code of conduct
Enrollment includes access to the ONROL community. You agree to engage respectfully and lawfully, no harassment, spam, or sharing of paid materials. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that harms other learners or the community, without refund.
Third party tools
Programs make use of third party AI platforms and services. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and pricing. ONROL is not responsible for changes, outages, or costs of third party services.
No guarantee of outcomes
ONROL provides education, mentorship, and hands on projects. We do not promise specific jobs, clients, income, or results, outcomes depend on your own effort, background, and circumstances.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms or program details from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the site or a program after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
