What is AIOps?
AIOps applies AI/ML to IT operations data (logs, metrics, traces) to detect anomalies, correlate incidents, and suggest or execute fixes. Distinct from MLOps (which is about running ML systems). In 2026, AIOps platforms increasingly use LLMs to summarise incidents and write postmortems automatically. Common tools: Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis AI, BigPanda, Moogsoft.
